Lettermen’s Propane Truck Vinyl Decals

Large Print recently completed a custom print job for Lettermen’s Propane. We designed truck vinyl decals for three propane trucks, each with unique door and tank sizes. Our team worked diligently to tailor the signage specifically for each vehicle while also considering the safety stickers already present on the trucks.

To ensure compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), we included DOT numbers on each truck. Overall, the project was a great success, and Lettermen’s was thrilled with the final product.

Materials Large Print Used to Wrap the Propane Trucks

Since we created a simple decal and not an entire wrap, we used General Formulations Automark. This material is high-quality and weatherproof, allowing for long-lasting and durable decals. The decals were produced as individual cut letters and graphics, with an ultra-durable laminate and pre-mask, making the entire decal one piece that installs easily onto the vehicle.

Typically, for full-vehicle wraps, we use 3M IJ180CV3 Control Tac. This material is also a high-quality, durable, and weatherproof material.

Our Expert Installers Placed the Decals on the Trucks

Our team conducted the installation quickly and easily, with the customer on-site to approve the placement. With temperatures below freezing, we installed the third decal in a heated bay. The heated bay allowed us to install the decal immediately and not wait until warmer weather arrived.
